  • Live Classes: Real-time, one-off educational sessions held online.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase a course.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Your account is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in [GBP/USD/EUR] and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Global Sales: For international students, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees for which we are not responsible.
  • Access: Access to course materials is granted only after payment has been successfully processed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Digital Content (Self-Study): By streaming or downloading the course content, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel. Refunds are generally not provided once the course has been accessed.
  • Live Classes: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Hybrid Courses: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how much of the curriculum has been accessed or attended.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, ilearnpsychology.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or the information taught within the courses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
